We Guarantee Our Clients Satisfaction


At the United States Bullion and Currency Reserve we offer every client a return, refund or exchange on everything we sell. If for any reason you find an issue with your order, just give us a call and our friendly support staff will assist you.


We strive to satisfy our clients and we guarantee all orders placed with US Bullion and Currency Reserve. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 3 business days after receipt of delivery to let us know that you aren’t happy with your order.

If you want to exchange item(s), USBCR reserves the right to send a comparable replacement or refund your order if an acceptable replacement item is not available. All items must be returned in the same way you received your package – In the original packaging and condition. Because all products at USBCR are valuable, you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping including the cost of insurance for any items for refund or exchange. The decision to refund or replace your item will be reviewed internally at USBCR and the outcome is at our sole discretion.


Credit card orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee, all other payment methods are subject to a 3% restocking fee. All returned items could also be subject to market loss based on USBCR sole discretion.



Please note, due to the cost of International shipping, United States Bullion and Currency Reserve will handle an International request on a case-by-case basis.
